Discord Support
The fastest way to get help is our Discord server. Open a ticket in the support channel or ask in #help. Staff are usually active during peak hours.
Bug Reports
When reporting a bug, include as much detail as possible:
- Your in-game username
- What you were doing when the bug happened
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots or a short video if possible
- Client version / launcher version
Post reports in the Discord #bug-reports channel. Do not abuse bugs — report them instead.
Common issues
Client won't start
Install Java 17+, run the launcher as administrator, and ensure your antivirus is not blocking the client.
Cache errors / black screen
Delete %USERPROFILE%\.boneyard\jagexcache\oldschool\LIVE and let the launcher re-download the cache.
Connection timed out
Check server status on Discord. Verify your firewall allows Java.
